Health Professional Building

The Health Professions Building has approximately 712 sq. ft. of animal care and use space located on the G-level and primarily houses mice and rats. This facility is our “Dirty Quarantine” facility and is primarily used for rederivation of mouse strains. Upon entry into the HPB facility, you are considered dirty and must take wet shower and change clothes before entering any other animal facility.
