1. How do I gain access into LAMS Facilities?
   1. For access to LAMS facilities review SOP1000 LAMS Facility Access Process and Orientation and fill out FM1000.2 LAMS Facility Access Form. 
2. What do I do if I find a sick animal?
   1. For rodents fill out an Animal Health Notification/Record and submit to LAMS Veternarian Staff.  For large animals fill out an Animal Health Notification and submit to LAMS Veternarian Staff.  For emergency health issues during business hours page 513-483-9330.   
3. Who do I call if I have an emergency after hours?
   1. For after hour emergencies page the Supervisor On-Call 513-483-0012. The Supervisor will then call the person reporting the emergency to obtain more details.
