1. How do I gain access into LAMS Facilities?
   1. For access to LAMS facilities review SOP1000 LAMS Facility Access Process and Orientation and fill out FM1000.2 LAMS Facility Access Form. 
2. What do I do if I find a sick animal?
   1. For rodents fill out an Animal Health Notification/Record and submit to LAMS Veternarian Staff.  For large animals fill out an Animal Health Notification and submit to LAMS Veternarian Staff.  For emergency health issues during business hours call 513-375-1938 and for after hour emergencies call 513-728-3911.     
3. Who do I call if I have an emergency after hours?
1. For after hour emergencies call 513-728-3911.  This number directs you to an answering service who will take the callers information and call the Supervisor On-Call.  The Supervisor will then call the person reporting the emergency to obtain more details.
