Welcome to the Integrated Advanced Information Management Systems!

The purpose of this site is to provide information about the UC IAIMS program to all participants at the University, Children’s Hospital Research Foundation, and the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.

A proposal for an IAIMS operations grant was submitted to the National Library of Medicine (NLM) on June 1, 2002. An NLM Scientific Review Group evaluated the proposal in October 2002 and decided to conduct a site visit. A National Library of Medicine Scientific Review Group conducted a site visit on January 6, 2003. In May 2003 the National Library of Medicine awarded the University of Cincinnati a four-year $1,600,000 IAIMS operations grant.
