Steering Committee

The IAIMS Steering Committee charge is to conduct a critical study of the present state of information technology, resources, and policies at the Medical Center; to assess the information technology and information management needs of Medical Center faculty, students, and staff; to define information problems and develop a vision and an action plan based on the analysis of gaps between our present state and our desired future state; and, to develop an IAIMS plan, in preparation for an IAIMS operations grant proposal, for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
